Annual report
The annual report identifies the activity that has been undertaken within the Trust around Equality and Diversity but also highlights what work has been done as part of a wider network of Equality and Diversity Leads within the region.
The report highlights the work we have done to:
- Help all people, whoever they are, to receive high quality health care – we call this equality
- Recognise and celebrate the fact that every person is an individual - we call this diversity
- Make sure every person is treated with dignity and respect - we call this human rights
