Northern Genetic Service

Specialised genetic services have developed across the UK as regional centres of expertise.  In the Northern Region, these services are co-ordinated through the Northern Genetics Service which is part of the Institute of Human Genetics at the International Centre for Life.

Our service is provided at both the International Centre for Life in Newcastle and the James Cook Hospital in Middlesbrough.
