The Freeman Hospital will see an expansion of around 25% by the construction of the new Northern Centre for Cancer Care (NCCC) and Renal Services Centre at the rear of the site.
A new 810 space multi storey car park is already completed and in operation. The new development will have its own entrance but will be linked through into the existing hospital.
