Accident and Emergency
Accident and Emergency is for patients who require immediate, emergency medical attention due to a serious illness or injury and is based at the Newcastle General Hospital.
Walk in Centre
The Walk in Centre is for patients who have a minor injury or ailment and is based at the Newcastle General Hospital in the west end of the city.
Minor Injuries Unit
The Minor Injuries Unit is for patients who have a minor injury or ailment and is based at the RVI in the city centre.
Eye Casualty
Eye Casualty is for patients who have a minor injury or ailment affecting one or both of the eyes and is based at the RVI in the city centre.
Dental Emergency Clinic
The Dental Emergency Clinic is for patients in pain or have facial swelling or bleeding and is based at the Dental Hospital next to the RVI in the city centre.
