Health Visiting and School Health
We work with families to support children and young people's development, providing additional support, or information to help people find more support, when it is needed.
Every child and young person in education has a named Health Visitor or School Health Advisor who provides this support.
Support from 0 to 19 years old
We aim to provide a health support service for children, young people and their families in all areas of their lives.
The services we provide are for children and young people from age 0 to 19. They include:

We provide a confidential service. This means that any child, young person, parent or carer can discuss their personal information with us in confidence, and we will not discuss this with anyone else without their permission.
