- Free condoms and lube for men and women of all ages (condoms help protect against both pregnancy and sexually transmitted infections)
- C card outlet (free condoms) for young people under 25 years of age
- Emergency contraception - If you have sex without using contraception or think that your contraception might have failed, there are two types you can use. The emergency hormonal pill must be taken as soon as possible and within 72 hours (3 days) after sex. An Intrauterine device (IUD) must be fitted up to 5 days after sex, or up to 5 days after the earliest time you could have ovulated (released an egg)
