There are many sources of help for you and your family and you may wish to contact some of the following agencies. Some use volunteers to answer the telephone but others may use an answer-phone and ask you to leave a message and a number where you can be contacted. |

Local support groups are available offering a chance to meet others in a relaxed, informal setting for discussion and mutual support. You may attend any of these groups and are welcome to take a friend with you.
