Within the Radiotherapy Department we ask for feedback from our patients so that we can improve and adapt our service to meet patients' needs. The survey takes place quarterly and patients are provided with a questionnaire, to express their views. Each quarter the results are published, a summary of these is shown in the chart below, but you may click through to see the detailed results if you wish.
Commenting on the results, Debbie Bennett, Radiotherapy Service Manager, stated we are pleased with the overall positive feedback from patients. The survey has highlighted areas requiring improvement and we will use this for continuous improvement of service to our patients.
