During the planning procedure the radiographers will need to put small dots on your skin using a special felt pen.  At the end of the session the radiographers will ask your permission to make these marks permanent by tattooing very small dots.  These are necessary to ensure your treatment is delivered accurately each day.

This appointment usually lasts between 30 and 45 minutes.
