Care and support when and where you need it

Our 15-strong team includes clinical specialists and highly skilled and experienced physiotherapists and assistants. We treat patients from across the North East at all three main Newcastle hospital sites, mainly through referrals from GPs. We also run outreach clinics in towns such as Carlisle, Darlington and Sunderland, to make it as convenient as possible for you to see one of our specialists.

For all our young patients, the first stage of treatment is usually a comprehensive assessment. This is carried out by an experienced paediatric physiotherapist, highly skilled in helping children and their families feel at ease. Once we’ve identified the problem, we believe in involving the whole family in setting goals for your child’s individual treatment. We’ll also help you to learn treatment techniques you can continue with your children yourself, outside of the hospital environment.
