Ward 4 RVI

Ward 4 is surgical ward for children from birth to two years old. We have eleven ‘parent and baby’ cubicles, one family room and a shared cubicle with two cots.
This ward is the ‘next step’ unit for children who have been on Ward 3 – the intensive care unit situated next door.

Ward 4 is based on the ground floor of the Victoria Wing at the Royal Victoria Infirmary. To find us:
- Come through the main entrance of Victoria Wing entering Peacock Hall, and walk along the corridor straight ahead of you until you reach a crossroads with the League of Friends shop on your right.
- Turn left at the crossroad, and walk along this corridor where you will find Ward 4 on the right hand side, after the chapel.
Staff you are likely to meet
The clinical team on Ward 4 includes: Doctors , Nurses, Hospital Play Specialists/Nursery Nurses, Health Care Assistants, Physiotherapists and Occupational Therapists.
