Psoriasis Nurse Led Clinic

The Psoriasis Clinic is held in the Phototherapy Day Treatment Area by Sister Sharon Lowder and Staff Nurse Maria Carney every Wednesday afternoon from 1:30 pm to 2:25 pm, providing specialised treatment and advice for all patients with psoriasis.
After your initial consultation, the treatment options available will be discussed and agreed with you. Your GP will be kept informed via letter.
Staff you are likely to meet
The Psoriasis Clinics are coordinated by Sister Sharon Lowder and Staff Nurse Maria Carney assisted by nursing and other support staff.
Things you need to know
- During your consultation with the nurse you may need to undress to allow a thorough examination to assess your skin.
- There is a WRVS refreshment bar available in main outpatients during clinic time.
