Ward 11 is a children’s ENT ward which provides care for young people from under 12 months of age up to 19 years old who may require a range of treatments such as insertion of grommets and tonscillectomies.
We also have a cubicle set up especially as a sleep study unit.
Some patients are able to go home on the same day as their surgery and others will need to stay overnight. Your child’s length of stay will depend on the procedure and will be discussed with you by the doctor.
