Having a baby is one of the most amazing, life changing events you will ever experience and the Maternity Unit at the RVI is dedicated to providing the best, most informative and caring service for this important transition to family life.
We offer a complete range of maternity care, from midwife-led care for women with normal pregnancies through to very specialist care for women with the most severe medical or fetal problems. This includes immediate access to a full range of support services including obstetric anaesthetists and specialists in medical conditions during pregnancy.
