Pregnancy, Labour and Birth are normal physiological events for most women. Learn how to stay mobile and active in your labour and birth with this six week course run by our Active Birth teacher. Using music and yoga techniques, she will help you to discover ways to relax and breathe throughout your labour and work on your core strength and flexibility to help you towards a natural birth.

The sessions start at about 32 weeks and are held on Monday evenings at 5.00pm and 7.00pm. Five of the sessions are for women only, with one of the evenings devoted to helping partners to understand the principles of Active Birth and discover ways they can help during labour.

Please note that there is a charge for this course:

  • £50.00 (if you work)
  • £40.00 (if you don't work)

Your place is confirmed on receipt of a post-dated cheque.

This is a very popular course, so please book early to avoid disappointment.
