Early Pregnancy Session for Twins and More

When you are pregnant with more than one baby you may have particular concerns about the coming months. We would like to invite you to a session designed by Midwives and Physiotherapists to give you information any time up to 20 weeks of pregnancy.
This is a friendly and informal session held in the Maternity Unit at the RVI on the first Wednesday of every month from 10.30 to12.00 in the Parent Education Room.
During this session we will discuss:
- early pregnancy changes;
- exercise and posture;
- eating well in pregnancy;
- coping in the early months of pregnancy.
Booking is essential and partners are welcome, but we regret we have no facilities for other children.
