During this session we cover life in the early days of being a parent of twins and more. We discuss the care of small babies and visit the special care baby unit. We consider coping with the demands of daily life and look at organising daily routines.

We discuss:

• newborn behaviour
• how to cope with crying
• sleep for you and your babies
• change in relationships and support networks.

There is ample opportunity for discussion within the group setting
