    An excellent resource for Primary Care providing information on specific genetic conditions, real-life stories from patients, how to draw a family tree and educational resources for teaching.

  • Primary Care Genetics Society
    The society has regular meetings and workshops around the UK. The website has useful resources, including presentations from all of their meetings. To log on to this site, use pcgs for both username and password.

Familial Cancer Genetics

NICE guidelines for Familial Breast Cancer 
The OPERA risk assessment tool for an initial online assessment of a woman developing breast or ovarian cancer. The OPERA tool is based on NICE guidance, but is not a substitute for a detailed professional assessment.
