Patient quote

"Ward 21 was a friendly place to wait for the operation with reassuring staff who were extremely hard working with a big list on the occasions when I was there.  Their organisation from top to bottom worked smoothly and each patient was dealt with meticulously whilst waiting for their turn for their operation."
