Cardio X-ray offers CR and DR imaging to G.P. patients as well as to patients attending for appointments in the Northern Centre for Cancer Care (NCCC) and inpatients.  The department is situated on Level 2 of the Freeman Hospital and is accessed via the entrance to the Cardiothoracic Block, Freeman Hospital.   

This department also operates a number of Cardiac Catheter laboratories supporting both diagnostic and therapeutic Cardio-thoracic procedures
